ElevenMR utilizes a proprietary digital fingerprinting technology. This technology is used for all projects and is integrated directly into our survey traffic processing server (StartZONE).
StartZone security features:
- Digital fingerprinting (deduping within and across panels)
- Geographical IP filtering (block traffic from restricted countries)
- Hash codes to detect URL tampering
Additional features include:
- Quota limits per partner for extra quality control
- Tracking pixels
- Pre-screener and Post-screener hookups
- Ability to work with custom or unique survey URLs
- Ability to stop/start traffic to a survey
- Separate testing URLs per partner
- Ability to import client IDs to generate exception reports (mismatched ids/status)
- Pass through URL parameters to or from partners (DMA, language, etc.)
- Web accessible error logs
- Respondent LOI
- Ability to route respondents to surveys based on qualifying criteria
ElevenMR offers a Partner Portal to better manage multiple sample sources and react quickly to additional sample needs and deadlines. It provides the following:
- Summary of all active projects
- Ability to export IDs
- Real-time reporting that details respondent activity and traffic.
- Ability to track daily sample activity
